I recently read this blog post and felt it was inspired for me.
Sometimes I wonder (especially as I have anticipated Pigg#3 and started adjusting to having him here) how the women I admire are able to balance their families with their responsibilities. I'm even more amazed when a hobby like blogging and crafting gets in the balance too. Honestly, I haven't been very sure what would happen with this blog once Pigg#3 came.
But I really appreciated this quote shared in that post.
“That which we persist in doing becomes easier for us to do; not that the nature of the thing is changed, but that our power to do is increased” -Heber J. Grant
And I do believe that the more we practice being a mother, the more our capacity to be a mother increases. Go read the original post for more uplifting and encouraging words.
And along with that, I believe my capacity to balance sewing and blogging with my new set of responsibilities will increase in the coming weeks and months. I will get back to creating and sharing. I'm promising myself it will happen.
I hope you all feel the encouragement that I felt from that post.
Love the quote and the blog post. It inspired me too and helped me feel a lot better about some things.
